This month, the Community Campus Coalition (Triple C) is proud to honor the 2025 recipients of the David Hoch Memorial Award and Charles J. Ping Student Service Award. Dr. Megan Church-Nally of the University of Cincinnati received the Hoch Award for her leadership in service-learning, having supported over 4,000 students across 300+ courses. Thirteen Ohio students were recognized with the Ping Award, including Legacy Award winners Tanya Pai Dhungat (Youngstown State University) and Jess Mitchell (Ohio University), who each directed a $250 donation to a nonprofit of their choice.
New Grant Opportunity: 9/11 Day of Remembrance Triple C member campuses can now apply for $2,500 grants to support September 11 Day of Service programming. Applications are open through Friday, June 14, 2025. Learn how your campus can participate in this multi-state day of impact.
AmeriCorps Week Spotlight Triple C highlighted the work of Student Resource Center AmeriCorps members during AmeriCorps Week, including Johnathan Roberts of Ohio University Chillicothe, who led campus-wide food security initiatives.
