Principal Community Scholars: Community Engagement and Talent Development

Nearly two years ago, Iowa Campus Compact developed a new partnership with Principal to offer scholarships for student in business and related majors leading community projects. The Principal Community Scholars Program has now supported nearly 50 students in completing projects, helped them build and reflect on career skills, and introduced them to opportunities at Principal.
